…Eric was responsible for all finance on site, inclucing US GAAP and local GAAP requirements.   During his employment we started to outsource transactional accounting activities such as Accounts Payable to our shared service center in Irland.  Then Allergan decided to transfer the accounting activities for Liege in our facility in France, this was part of a global re-organization accross the company…
